We want to see people set free! For years we struggled with mindsets and belief systems that brought fear, shame, and blame. Jesus set us free to live a life of righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit. Our hope is to equip others to live that way too! In everything we do, we want to equip people to live a lifestyle of freedom that is both practical and sustainable.
We both came to know Jesus in the same year. This was a huge turning point for our family! Though we had received Jesus’ forgiveness, we still struggled to deal with some of the lies, self protections, and wounds we had accumulated over the years. For us, freedom from those things wasn’t instantaneous. As we pursued our own healing, we realized that it was available to everyone!
Since then, we have gone after the truth of who God is, who He says we are, and the difference that makes in all of our lives. We are on a mission to help others know, believe, and live the truth of their identity in Christ. Freedom is available!
Ray and Kathryn have served as missionaries with Life Builders, a ministry of CRU, and as pastors of a missional community church plant in Annapolis, MD. They have both served as pastoral counselors at the Transformation Center of Bethel Church in Redding, CA and currently serve as Regional LifeNet pastors for Global Awakening in Mechanicsburg, PA. They travel and minister upon invitation as well.
More than anything, they love spending time with their family.

When I first met Jesus He gave me peace, love and joy like I had never experienced before in exchange
for the mess my life was. He had me forever. This encounter led me on a quest to intimately know the
Lord and become like Him so I could share Him with others. However, I was surprised to discover
unconscious false beliefs and systems I unknowingly used to protect myself from pain were getting in
the way and detouring me from my desire being fulfilled.
As I’ve journeyed through healing , renewed thinking , and into new freedom I have found a closeness
with Jesus, my Heavenly Father, and Holy Spirit and a life lived from the inside out I never knew was
possible -- A life I’m passionate about helping others find that’s available for everyone!
Heather has served in pastoral and teaching roles in several churches and independent ministries in the
Mid-Valley area of Oregon, and as a pastoral counselor at the Bethel Transformation Center in Redding,
CA where she trained under Ray and Kathryn Leight in Identity Coaching. She is currently an ordained
minister with Global Fire Ministries International, based in Murfreesboro, TN. She’s in love with
grandchildren, and is currently blessed with eight.
LAURA BURWICK
Recovery Coaching helps you get to know yourself, and how your personal tendencies may be affecting your ability to connect and create community. It provides accountability and practical steps to support you in any stage of recovery.
Laura Burwick offers Recovery Coaching to help people affected by addictive tendencies. Everyone in the family needs and deserves help and healing. Laura was surprised to find that it was just as vital for her to seek recovery, as the wife of an alcoholic, in order to seek lasting change for her family. She firmly believes that if she can change one person in a family, then she can change an entire generation. Laura has coached individuals and families since 1986 and became a certified drug and alcohol counselor in 2007.
Laura lives in Redding, California, where she oversees Hope Recovery. The vision of Hope Recovery is to restore, equip and activate the hopeless and broken-hearted by providing a safe community to encounter God. She also travels to help other organizations establish their own recovery communities.
